Maverick has provided planning and engineering services on hundreds of stand-alone restaurants, retail stores, small to medium rise office buildings and shopping centers.

We have assisted national retailers in developing the basic standard designs that are used to make all stores in the chain similar in look and appeal.

When a standard store design already exists, we provide all the engineering services necessary to make the plan work on a particular site. In such cases, we do standard plans to meet local code requirements, design the foundation and structure to conform to soil and climatic conditions, and plan for connection to off-site utilities.

Because of our substantial experience with standard units and components, we are able to perform turnkey design and engineering services on some projects. For instance, using our proven library of computerized unit specifications, we are able to take a restaurant project from site feasibility and surveying through utility design, structural building design and construction inspection.
